Hillview Home & School Association Executive Board 2011-2012

The purpose of the Hillview Home and School Association (HSA) is to provide quality enrichment programs, facilitate parent involvement, facilitate home-school communications, and enhance school materials and resources. Hillview's HSA meetings are rotated on the second Tuesday and Thursday of each month and is held in the All Purpose Room (APR), unless otherwise noted. We encourage all members to attend and become an active member.

2011-2012 Home and School Meetings

We encourage our Hillview Family to attend as many meetings as possible! Our meetings are held in the All Purpose Room, unless otherwise noted. The dates are as follows:

Tuesday, September 20th - 7pm Welcome Tea and 7:30pm meeting
Thursday, October 13th @ 1:30pm
Tuesday, November 8th @ 9:30am
December - NO MEETING
Tuesday, January 10th @ 7:00pm
Thursday, February 9th @ 1:30pm
Tuesday, March 6th @ 9:30am
Tuesday, April 17th @ 7:00pm
Tuesday, May 15th @ 1:30pm - **VOTING of the Executive Board for the 2012-2013 School Year AND Last meeting of the school year!

Upcoming Events

School begins for students on September 7th. Welcome Aboard!
Hillview Back to School Night is Thursday, September 22nd at 7pm.
Hillview Picture Day is Friday, September 23rd.
We would like you to join us in celebrating International Walk to School Day on Wednesday October 5, 2011. The greatest benefit of all is everyone gets moving and becomes more fit on the road to a healthy lifestyle.

***REMINDER - LUNCH AND DELAYED OPENINGS***

HSA WILL serve hot lunch on delayed openings.
It will always be PIZZA served on delayed openings regardless of the day ( $1.00 a slice).
Lunch time on DELAYED OPENINGS is from 12:30pm - 1:10pm.
Lunch servers must come in on his/her scheduled day even if it is a delayed opening.
