Welcome to PV Middle School team seven red. We are thrilled to welcome all the middle school students to our wonderful team in this important transitional year. The mission of team seven red is to prepare all students for further education, productive work, responsible citizenship, personal fulfillment and for future success. The middle school experience is distinctive in many ways. Middle school students in their adolescence are achieving independence but are not yet independent. They are achieving physical and emotional maturity but are not yet mature. They are demonstrating intellectual skills but are not yet intellectually proficient. The task of team seven red is to guide the students through these times of dramatic physical, academic, social and emotional development and assist them in their problem solving skills. Meeting the unique needs of this age group, team seven red is geared to support our students as they achieve independence, maturity and proficiency with an emphasis on the student decision making process and accountability. Our program, therefore, is designed to teach the whole student and bridge the gap between elementary school and the high school.
