PTHS proudly welcomes a new picnic table designed to provide a space to continue important conversations about mental health. We thank our partners at the Rotary, Municipal Alliance, Mental Health Association and the Pequannock Police Department. Join us for the ribbon cutting on 10/20.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:7C-6.6, all school districts are required to “annually notify parents or guardians by October 1 of any statewide student assessment or commercially developed standardized assessment that will be administered over the course of the school year.” Please see the linked letter for more information.
We are happy to share this information from Coach McBurney: “The Pequannock Baseball team will be honored in a pregame ceremony on August 2nd at Yankee Stadium. Come out and support the State Champions with discounted tickets to the game with this link! All are welcome to come."
From our partners in the police department: “On July 13, 2023, the Pequannock Township Police Department, in conjunction with AAA, will host our first Bicycle Rodeo at Greenview Park, starting at 1:00 PM. Starting at 12:30, attendees can arrive for a free bicycle inspection performed by Bicycle Tech employees to make sure all participants are riding a safe and properly fitted bicycle. Additionally, a Trek Marlin Mountain bike along with four helmets paid for by Pequannock PBA local 172 will be raffled off for lucky participants at the end of the event. Food can be purchased from Sip and Swirl and Jersey Johnny’s food trucks and we look forward to promoting bicycle safety in a fun way.”
